I had a two panel interview with the Marketing Director and the Manager. They asked me questions from my resume about my past experiences and some scenario / situation questions on how I would fix some issues that may come up if the site went offline. The only disappointing part of the interview was his expectation did not align on what I applied for. I applied for a Webmaster position which includes web updates, maintenance work, supporting users, etc., but he wanted someone to have a Web Developer background creating WordPress modules / Plugins and layout themes which will require PHP, JavaScript background, even though it stated in the job description that I will be working with a Web Developer. Soon as he mentioned about it, I knew my chances of being hired was slim.
