Interview
A recruiter brought me into a room to speak with a partner with the firm, where we went over my resume. It was more up to me to create the conversation, but the interviewer and recruiter were kind, but formal.
Interview process included one on campus interview. The meeting was around 30 minutes. I have heard that others had 3 rounds of interviews each taking about the same time. Overall the interview was very casual.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Armanino (Austin, TX) in Nov 2024
Interview
Super easy and personable, I talked to the recruiter first, and then 2 partners one-on-one afterwards. They more so just wanted to get a feel for your personality.
I will say, I had a signed contract with them for 9 months, and they pushed my start date back, then months later they rescinded the offer. Super unfortunate, I pretty much can't find another job open this year, and a lot of the people I initially talked to left the company. Just something to keep in mind.
