I applied through LinkedIn and it was a 3 week process until I was made an offer. An Armanino Senior Talent Partner contacted me for a 30min virtual interview just to make initial contact, ask me about myself, and answer any questions. They called back a couple days later to set up a 2nd 30min virtual interview with an Audit Partner, which delved into technical aspects of my work experience. A couple days later I got a call from the talent partner to set up a 3rd 30min virtual interview with another Audit Partner, which focused more on cultural fit. The next day I got a call from the talent partner to extend an offer, which I accepted.
