The SA interview process consisted of a screener interview with a mid-level associate and received a call-back the next day. Then was scheduled for call back interviews with 2 partners and 2 associates that all occurred back to back. All interviews were via Zoom.

OCI Process 1. Screening interview with an Associate - 20 min 2. Call back round is with 4 Senior Attorneys - 20-30 min each. The process was very well managed and organized. The Recruiting Rep greeted candidate at first, made sure that there weren't any technical issues (OCI was online because of COVID). A junior associate joined after to quick introduce the firm and chatted about her experience, before the formal interview began. The rest of the call-back was pretty standard. I had a call-back with another firm that was a complete disaster (technical glitches, people dropped off before conversation ended, gotten the wrong resume, etc.). A&P put in the effort to make sure this ran smooth.
