Interview
phone screening (30 minutes) and then met with the partners and associates in the entire group (2-3 hours). Everyone was pretty nice, and the questions were not difficult. All the questions were about my past practice and academic experience.
20 minute screener followed by call back (in office). During call back I met with multiple attorneys in their offices. I later attended a lunch. I received an offer several days later.

Interview process was standard form. The first interview was a short screener. The second a in person call back. The in person call back involved interviews with about 5 attorneys. The folks who interviewed me were polite, respectful and easy to talk to.
