Received correspondence within a week after applying. I was asked to take ~3 hours worth of tests based on Microsoft Office/typing/grammar. After passing the test was then asked to schedule an interview with HR. Heard over a month after the interview that I wasn’t chosen for the position.

You’ll get a call from HR, then the director/ manager of the team you’ll work for, maybe more interviews with fellow team members, and potentially meet with attorneys from the group you’ll support.

Straight forward interview lasting 30 minutes focusing on technical skills required for the job. Standard questions like why this position, long term goals and whether I had experience with inter-state disputes.
