It's been a minute but as I recall, it started with a phone screening with someone from HR. After that, they invited me to a follow up interview with some of the legal assistance team (other LRAs, Paralegals, and the heads of the paralegal department) but they gave me like 48 hours beforehand to complete some tests (spelling, Microsoft Office, typing, etc.). Then the final interview was with the partner who I would have served. some diagnostic tests (word skills, spelling, stuff like that). They gave me like 24 h HR interview. Diagnostic tests (typing, spelling, etc.) and interviews with HR, paralegal bosses, and the partner you'd serve.

The initial interview was a phone call with an HR employee. The second interview was with two higher-up HR employees who specifically manage Paralegals/Legal Assistants. While I believe I could've been better prepared, the interviewers came off very uninterested and unfriendly, and I believe this contributed to my nervousness because it felt as though I would not be considered from the get-go. Other than that, the time in between each interview was fairly quick and they did not take too long to call me back and tell me that I was not selected.
