Typical 3 minimum rounds or interviews. I felt like both parties where on equal ground and IT felt open and honest. I thought the group was very welcoming and geuinel wanted to see if there was a fit for both myself and Array to be successful.

Interview consisted of 4 people. Next step references . Sent references and they never called them. Then I never heard back from them. To find out they gave the job to someone else with out letting me know. Very unprofessional.
