The interview process included two phones calls that last about 30-45 minutes each before an in-person interview at their Chicago location which included a 30 minute shadow opportunity, followed by a final interview which lasted around 45 minutes.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. It began with an email to coordinate a good time for a phone call. The phone call itself was very relaxed and conversational, which made it a comfortable experience. A couple of days later, I received a follow-up email offering me a final interview in Tampa, Florida, where I had applied. They even covered the cost of my travel from Michigan, which was a great gesture. When I arrived for the interview, I started with a 30-minute job shadowing session. After that, I was interviewed by two hiring managers for about an hour and a half. The entire process went smoothly, and I felt very comfortable sharing my background and experiences with them. Overall, I highly recommend the experience!
