first round was a phone call, pretty short just asked to tell interviewer a bit about myself, why I was interested in working at the company and what my goals for the future are. I was moved up for a final interview, but haven't had it yet.

Arrive Logistics was very friendly and personal in their interview process. Their recruiters were very professional and transparent and quickly moved me along the hiring process. They then moved me to a second interview process I have yet to take.
