I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics
Interview
The woman who conducted the initial phone interview was extremely easy to talk to and very friendly. She interviewed me for the intern position that I applied for, but as the interview progressed she informed me that she thought I'd actually be a better fit for a different intern position, and told me that she would pass the interview notes and my resume along to that department. I then interviewed with a VP from that respective department, who was equally as friendly and helpful, and extremely interested in my resume, classes I'm enrolled in at school and how I'd be able to contribute to their company.
HR Department also responded to emails within minutes, which was greatly appreciated.
Received an offer after a couple weeks of interviews. Overall a great interview process.
