Recruiter called me, set up a phone interview a day later, and had an in person interview the following week. After this I heard nothing until I called back a week later to see how things were going. It took roughly 3 weeks from final interview to get an unofficial offer and another week for the official paperwork. Do not worry -- it is a big company and they work slow.
Easy, asked simple ai questions. I was underwhelmed. But they seemed genuine and interested to get to know me. I dont know if the interview was more challenging if it would have ranked them higher on my prospects list.

Interview
I started to interview for the Marketing Specialist position until Arrow changed the job without talking to me to a Web Designer position. I did five interviews until they ghosted me for three weeks. When they were ghosting me, I continued to follow up about the position. They finally returned an email, exclaiming the team decided not to hire anyone for the position. However, the original position I had applied for, the marketing specialist position, is still open. The unprofessionalism and complete disrespect exhibited by each employee, makes me happy not to work for this company. DO NOT RECOMEND. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

Interview
Was contacted for an interview, and within two business days was told the position was filled before I had a chance to interview. I can assume they already knew this person would fill the position, I am not sure why they wasted my time in clearing my schedule to interview when they had already made that decision. Interviews typically do not happen in two days, so I am a little frustrated that they think this is appropriate to do. This is why we have a shortage in skilled areas, companies forget that humans exist and have lives, please don't do this to people you're interviewing.
