The interview process was well organized, an efficient schedule, and thorough. I interviewed with the appropriate supervisors and stake holders for the position. The expectation of the position and the benefits were well presented.
Phone interview, asked a lot about my school background, how i stepped up in my past jobs, and what I could bring to the table at arrow. All in all was a good interview.

Very simple interview. They have already read your resume so the interview is to see if you would fit in with the team. They may ask you some classic interview questions, but the interview is mostly conversational.
