Poor Process, was told to expect a call to discuss the opportunity, day came no call, follow up 1hr later, left voice mail and follow up email. No response. got email 2 days later to schedule the call, same thing happen, no call. Got an email 2 weeks later saying thanks for applying, position has been filled. Very unprofessional, if position was filled, please let candidate know not to give them a false sense of hope.
