Interview
There was no interview. HR department does not respond to emails. Job posting got cancelled after being reached out for an interview. Company does not value external applicants and their experience. Why post a job posting on the careers page and have it cancelled or backfilled? Don’t waste your time applying for this company. They’re most likely going to fill the job internally without taking consideration of external talent. Save yourself the time and avoid the false hope of landing a job here. Heard great things about this company but the way interviews are handled will leave a sour taste.

Asked to describe what made you apply? Unique traits or skills you could bring to the role? Salary Range
Very straightforward, shorter interview process than other jobs I’ve applied for but I liked all the people I interviewed with. Mostly personal type interviews, the recruiter was super nice and helpful as well.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics (Denver, CO) in May 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick, once they decide if you're a good fit for the position. I had a phone interview with HR, followed by a video interview (2020 pandemic) with the hiring manager. The interview was behavioral, based on STAR format, and consisted of only about 6 questions. After the interview with the hiring manager, I had one more interview with the department director, which was very quick and easy--mostly get-to-know-you questions.
