Interview and hiring process went very smoothly and it was only a single interview. I'm guessing it was because they thought I was a great match and was just going through the formal process. I also think they were rushed because they had a deadline date to meet and they were aware of the competing offer on the table.

Hiring manager called me for the first round and asked me questions from my resume and asked for my availability for an onsite.
Onsite: Had interview with 7 interviewers mostly FAEs and sales managers. They were very warm and nice although the hiring manager messed up the schedule of the interview.
Surprising i had 2 more phone interviews with 2 FAEs that weren’t present when i was interviewed onsite.
Overall the interview was not properly organized by the hiring manager and it looked like they were hurrying up!
It was clear that they already have a candidate in mind and the other interviews were just to show the number of candidates interviewed.

waiting outside in the lobby. you will get called and get interviewed by two field application engineers. The GM came after the meeting and asked some random question about your personal life. In the end, you will be told to go home and wait for the further notice.
