I received a call it was an initial conversation. I was asked about my experienced and former employer. I had the feeling that they are more interested about my ex employer that the value I can bring to the Company. Questions that were asked were inapropriate for a HR professional to ask and the lady even started to discuss with me and question my answers. This was already a huge red flag. Received the negative system reply 3 month after.
