I had a disappointing experience with Arrow's interview process. Despite having a scheduled interview set two weeks in advance, I received a last-minute cancellation on the day of the interview. I was asked to reschedule, which I did, only to have the new interview time cancelled again without explanation.
Unfortunately, my experience echoes the concerns expressed by other reviewers on this site. The lack of communication and respect for candidates' time suggests that Arrow may view employees and candidates as interchangeable commodities rather than valued individuals. As a result, I would caution others against investing their skills, experience, and time in this company.
