Arrow Electronics Project Specialist, Change Management interview questions

The intervew process consisted of three rounds of interviews with one interviewer in each. The interviews were 30 to 60 minutes each. Overall, the process was pretty straightforward. I went through all three interviews in about a week to help with PTO on the company's side, but after the last interview I haven't heard anything in months. I find it very inconsiderate that they couldn't even let me know that they chose another candidate, let alone provide helpful feedback for me to understand why I wasn't selected.
