I was called in for an interview about 3 days after applying. The interviewer was a branch manager and was very professional, yet not uncomfortable. He laid out the companies expectations of someone joining the team very clearly. I was asked a few questions about my work history. I was looking to make a career change so there were a few questions on how I could bring my experiences into play for Arrow. Overall, it was a very comfortable and professional interview.
