Arrow Payments Business Development Sales interview questions

Sent resume from a website posting. Received email to schedule initial phone interview. Had phone interview and upon completion, they wanted to schedule a in-person interview the following week. Had in-person interview for approximately 1 hour with one of the partners. Of the two partners both were available for the interview but only one took the time to meet with me and discuss the position. Upon leaving the interview the non-attending partner was discovered in his office looking at his computer, and it seemed to me that he was hiding or avoiding attending the interview. Waited on a response and did not hear anything for a week. Upon prompting them they finally responded back.
