I had a very positive interview experience at Arrow. The interview process consisted of a phone interview with one of the Partners and lasted about 30 minutes where he explained his background and how he got into recruiting and then focused on my background and interest in the role. Then, I was brought in to the office where I met with 4-5 people at the firm which was very conversational. All the recruiters were genuinely interested in getting to know me and I was really able to learn more about the recruiting process from seasoned professionals.
