Interview
The interview process was standard, beginning with a recruiter call and discussion of my background and past work.
This is a very very very early-stage team with a lean setup, so the role involves broad responsibilities and evolving workflows. The design scope appears to include both product design and lots of branding/marketing work, with expectations still being defined. This may be a good fit for designers comfortable with super early stage, but less ideal for those seeking a more established structure.
