i was shortlisted from my institution fist round was group disscussion . second round was apptitude,logical,verbal and technical apptitude.third round was versantile round and after cilent will make a call for communication check round .and after completing my interview they will send us to tranning in manipal .after that tranning they will select they will us put us in ibm office
