It was an on campus interview.First round was a GD round which was conducted in batches of 10 .The results were announced after 1 hr and around 20 students were selected for the interview.There were two interview rounds 1st was hr and other was a communication round by another person.In hr round they asked to describe 1st day of college,why you want to join artech,& told about the bond. Then gave a sheet with some passages and told to practice for the next round.In the next round there was another hr who who asked to read one of the passages .Then asked normal questions like how would you deal with clients,it's a night shift job ..are you okay with it? and then asked random questions. Finally asked if I had any questions for him. I asked about my growth in the company. The interview was over and we were told that the result would be told in a week. The result was declared and along me 3 other were also selected.
