Initial communications - good Planning - o.k. Actual interview - the interviewers did not seem engaged. The interviewers (sr. and executive) management talk at you not to you and very self-involved. The interviewer I had was late to our appointment and never took the time to get to know me or my background. Family owned, managed and family purpose driven. Atmosphere seemed sterile.
