I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Artech L.L.C. in Aug 2024

I was recruited to work as a solutions principal. The interview process was long with senior leadership. My first call with HR they offered me $45,000 less than my current salary. After negotiation the best they would do is $20,000 less but made a big deal out of their bonus structure. Their bonus would have had me making about the same take home if I got 100%
