Pretty basic first round interview. Definitely specific on what they are looking for. Need to know the ins and outs of the softwares and platforms they use, which I was not familiar with.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arthrex (Naples, FL) in Feb 2025
Interview
Very slow process from start to finish. It'd be a week and a half in between contacts for setting up these interviews. Was flown across the country to tour their headquarters. Someone on their travel side messed up and my return flight was never fully booked, so I had to hound them three different times about that, then they forgot to set up the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When I called, they told me three different times it would arrive in the next half hour, and then it never did and I had to call the shuttle company who told me that nothing was ever set up. Campus in Naples is lovely, but after the in-person interview (in which multiple people said I had exactly what they were looking for) and all those headaches, they ghosted me. Waste of time.
