I have never had a more insulting experience. The person who took the interview didn't so much as smile and he wasn't even the reporting manager. There were 2 other upper managers supposed to join from different locations but they never did. The introduction was very brief. There was not much said about the company processes or who the position dreported to. There was emphasis on how exclusive the company culture was and how lucky i would be if i were selected! I think we both came out of the room rejecting each other, only i maintained the decency to not make it so obvious..
