Thee process took over two months. The process began with two phone interviews, then I went to Arthrex for a full day, 8-hour interview that consisted of meeting each member of the team and then delivered a presentation to the team. Then, I was asked to visit Arthrex a week later to view a 3-hour training session given by the training department to Arthrex employees. A few weeks later, I met the hiring manager for coffee upon their request. At the time, I expected an offer of employment but was yet told that they should have an answer regarding my candidacy in a week. I waiting yet another three weeks. They strung me along and we’re not transparent in the process. In the end and after all my time given to this process, the hiring manager had their assistant reach out to me to give me the news that I was no longer being considered as they wanted to explore other candidates.
