Interview
One phone call with HR, one phone call with hiring manager, round of in-person interviews with people you would work with. The phone calls happen a week apart and, if you move on to the next round, the in-person round is coordinated with your availability and takes about 5 hours of the day.

Question 1
Q: Can you give an example of a time you were asked to be a leader? Q: Can you think of a time where you had to quell arguments within your group? Q: Can you give an example of a time where your opinion and your manager's opinion didn't sync up and how you handled it?
Quick phone call with a recruiter. Then it was a phone interview with a couple of senior engineers reviewing my past experience. Finally it was a multi-person interview at the manufacturing plant in Ave Maria. It was a total of 8 people with varying titles - senior engineers, peers, and HR.
