30 minute screening with HR, which led to 30 minute Teams interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager was nice, but late to the interview, seemed uninterested, and asked no substantial questions whatsoever about me or my experience. It was clear from the beginning that they already had a candidate in mind and needed to meet some interview quota, which is extremely frustrating when you take time out of your work day to interview. A waste of everyone's time. At least they called 3 weeks later to tell me I didn't get the job.
