* 7-8 Rounds. Phone screen, personality quiz, video recorded interview star questions, in person with VP, In person with other Vp, Shadow day, Final interview with president. Process was very long and each step takes a week.

Started networking through Linked In, then went through 8-10 Formality Calls with HR current Reps and Employees, then On site Interview and facility walk through, next was Job Shadow on 3-4 seperate Occasions, lastly was Work Hire Logistics
