They do sequential interviews, 30 minutes with HR and 30 minutes with the manager in the specific department. The managers have a lot of freedom to ask their own questions, but they usually are checking for overall fit. They may or may not ask technical questions, depends on the manager. Just be prepared to show why your experiences matter to them. They were all nice to talk to. The hiring process may take over a month.
