Article Customer Care Representative interview questions

I received an email from talent asking to set up a phone screen interview. It was a quick 10-minute conversation. She was super nice, asked me about my experience and why I'm looking to join Article. End of interview she offered me a second interview and said she will email me the details. I set up my second interview for the following week. Interviewed with a manager on zoom, he came off like he didn't want to be there, came off a bit cold, which was off putting.I was told I would hear whether I got the job or not within the next few days. Waiting did not hear anything; I sent a follow-up email and did not hear anything!
