Interview #2 was a 40minute thorough interview with a very kind representative. Many situational questions so make sure you have examples to provide for how you’d handle customer care situations.

Interview
There were two interviews involved for the interviewing process - one 20 minute interview over the phone and one 1 hour interview in person. The first interview was more of a general screening interview, asking about previous customer care experience and how you handle feedback. The second interview was more in-depth, talking about your past working experiences, along with an example situation that you have to answer.
