3 interviews total, 1 phone and 2 through zoom. 1st interview is a detailed conversation on what the company is about and what they're looking for specifically. They also describe the job and everyday duties. 2nd interview is with leads, they ask you situation questions and how you overcome challenges. 3rd interview is with the main department lead/supervisor, this interview was not as hard as the 2nd interview. She basically just got to know me as a person and asked a few simple interview questions. Overall, very relaxed interviews! This is the first time I did not feel nervous, if this company turns out to be exactly who they say they are, then I'm very excited to be joining them!
