I applied online and got a reply from HR a week later. Scheduled an interview for one week later. I was interviewed by a person from HR and the team leader. They were both friendly and the overall experience was nice. The next day I got the offer, which I accepted.

Nothing about Arvato, although it's always good to be prepared. The usual questions about CS, (ex. how you handle difficult customers), some questions regarding targets and how you handle big workload. Question regarding my understanding of the product I would be supporting. A question on how I would keep a customer online to complete the survey.
Straight forward, online and in person. Usual on site visit with more questions. Nothing too challenging. Usual CSR questions - tell us about a time, tell us about etc Then a site tour
Easy and straight forward interview. Standard questions. No test or assignment to do. Interview took 30 mins in total approx. More like a one to one conversation with team manager.

Alles lief wirklich super! War das beste Verfahren, dass ich durchlaufen bin. Es gab 2 Gespräche. Ein kurzes Video Interview mit Abteilungsleiter und HR und dann persönliches Gespräch. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und die Gesprächspartner waren sehr gut vorbereitet. Ich habe mich als Bewerber ernst genommen gefühlt. Rückmeldung war auch sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man wurde stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten bezüglich des Standes. Alle Zusagen wurden eingehalten. Die Stelle und die Aufgaben wird klar kommuniziert.
