I was contacted with quite a delay and then the interview was scheduled for the week later. As I was on holiday at that point I asked for it to be rescheduled. During the interview (90minutes) I asked about next steps and was told that there would be two more interview stages. However, when I received an offer three days later I was more than confused as suddenly there was a great rush. The HR person did not answer any of my questions and overall it seemed a bit all over the place.
