      Interview

Recruiter reached out to me and we chatted about the opportunity including leveling for the team. Next steps was with the hiring manager who asked engaging questions to dive deep into my experience and left room for me to ask questions as well. Ultimately the role closed due to "business priorities" and I appreciated the transparency and offer to stay in touch for future opportunities!

      Interview

Awful process, 6 rounds which is ok but it took 2 months to finish the process and interviews which is very inconsiderate. Disgusting process by Asana however everyone I met was nice.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Asana (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2017

      Interview

I applied for this role on Asana's website, received an email a few hours after sending my resume, and a first phone call was scheduled a week later. In total the process took around 7 weeks. Please note that this length was due to special circumstances. From what I understand Asana’s recruitment cycle is usually shorter. The process was thus: - First phone call with the recruiter in charge of the Implementation Manager role. That was mostly a chat around past experiences and motivations + questions (~30 min) (Based in SF) - A call with a member from the Customer Success team. (1h) (Based in SF) - A call with someone from the team in Dublin. This one was more or less a discovery call / demonstrating Asana’s values to customers in the role’s target market’s language (French in my case) (1h) (Based in Dublin) - An onsite to meet the team in Dublin. That one was part face-to-face meetings and part videoconferencing with the rest of the team in the US. (4.5h) (Based in Dublin) - A phone call with the hiring manager in the US (~45 min) (Based in SF) I really enjoyed going through the process with them. Every steps was outlined right from the start and at no point did I get the feeling that something was unorganised or badly communicated. All the interviewers were really nice and tried their best to put me at ease so we could have a genuine and interesting conversation to learn to know each others. There was no tricky or overly complicated questions. Both Amanda (Recruiter) and Emma (Recruiting Coordinator) were amazingly supportive, responsive, and readily available despite the timezone difference. A huge thanks to them! All in all, a really good experience!
