Interview
I was called and asked to give my background, experience to date, and desired direction moving forward in my career. Overall call took almost an hour. Tamika is amazing and really takes the time to listen to your answers and give extremely helpful feedback. That is the entire reason I'm writing this review: feedback from an interview leaves the applicant with constructive criticism and a desire to one day apply again when they're more prepared. I'd love to work for any company that treats potential employees that way.
