I applied for a Senior CSM role based in London and I got invited for a 30mins phone interview. The recruiter was late 15mins and only had remaining 15mins to interview me for a Senior role! Needless to say I felt being rushed and didn't feel like I had a chance to explain my experience and expectations properly. After 2 weeks I received an automated and a very generic email saying 'thanks but no thanks' and I was rejected. I'm deeply disappointed with the recruitment process for a Senior role, as the company reviews mentioned it was 'one of the most friendly companies to work for' - unfortunately, the interview process didn't indicate neither professionalism or friendliness at all.
