Recruiter phone screen, hiring manager phone screen, onsite interview with 6 people for a little over 4.5 hours. After the onsite I was supposed to hear back within 1 to 2 business days if I was moving to round 4 which is a presentation to an exec panel. I was ghosted and never heard from them. I reached out to recruiting a week later asking if I had missed some form of communication and never got a response. Looking back this was probably a blessing and indicative of a place I wouldn't want to work.
