I had a phone interview with the recruiter first. The following week was a very phone interview with the hiring manager. A week later I was sent a take home assignment that gave me 72 hours to submit a project plan for outsourcing a HR function. Two weeks later I was invited on site for an interview. Took about 4 hours. Met with 5 people. 3 weeks later after receiving no feedback I reached out to the recruiter. She said they would be making a decision the following week. No word. Then I got an email at 5:30 on the Friday saying that they had selected another candidate. Very disappointing experience. The job is still open...
