Interview
I applied for this position through Asana's website online. After not hearing back for a week and a half, I sent an email to Asana Support regarding my application. They forwarded my email to the recruiting team, and I heard back within a day. I was given an online coding challenge, which has a 30 minute time restriction to complete. The second round includes a technical interview an Asana engineer. This interview does not require a computer, as it doesn't involve any actual coding. I was given a problem and asked to explain how I would solve it in words. Also included in the second round is a phone call with an HR representative about the company. This was more of an informational talk, rather than a phone screening. I did not make it past the second round.

Question 1
Coding Challenge: Spiral traverse through a matrix, beginning from the top right and moving inwards
First round is systems design, then 4-5 more hours of leetcode and systems design, and then soft skills. They do light quizzing here and there on coding style and debugging.
Completed OA, invited to schedule a phone interview. Received email before phone interview that all SWE summer 2023 positions are already filled, so they will be cancelling and not rescheduling my phone interview.
