The interview process was relatively quick and very transparent, which is surprisingly not all that common these days. After a few phone calls with both recruiting and operations, I was brought in for a half-day interview process with a variety of people from different rolls. There was a 'homework' assignment I completed before the in-person interviews - took maybe 3 or 4 hours. It was relevant for the position though and helped drive a fair amount of the conversation. Unfortunately the day I interviewed one of the people was out sick, so I did have to come back on another day, but the recruiting team was very accommodating to my schedule. Throughout the whole process they were very open about where I stood in the process, and were always punctual about updates and following up.
