Online Assessment, 1-hr phone interview, Remote Onsite interview. They make sure to leave time for you to ask questions, but don't get to know you as a person, as long as you can solve leetcode medium.

Interview
Completed the initial screening interview and it went well overall. The conversation was positive and I felt good about how it went. Now waiting to hear back from the recruiter about scheduling the next interview rounds. Will update this task once I receive further details or a timeline.

HR intro call was typical questions about resume, experience, and goal fit. I didn't get pass this round of the process unfortunately. Seemed like it was a formality call since I had a referral.
