Interview
It started with a phone screen – check other glassdoor reviews for tips here. Onsite involved 2 ~1 hour interviews and an individual coding portion with 3 challenge problems (that's the only portion of the day where you actually write code). There's also a break for lunch in between all this (Asana has great food). Both my interviewers were very nice and enjoyable to work with. Overall, great interview experience. Asana's culture seems very unique and special.
As of now, just completed the first call with a recruiter, will update as it will go on, no idea how it will go, the recruiter was very nice, asked how much salary I expect and when can I start

Completed the initial screening interview and it went well overall. The conversation was positive and I felt good about how it went. Now waiting to hear back from the recruiter about scheduling the next interview rounds. Will update this task once I receive further details or a timeline.

HR intro call was typical questions about resume, experience, and goal fit. I didn't get pass this round of the process unfortunately. Seemed like it was a formality call since I had a referral.
