I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Asana (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Asana replied very quickly to my application. Phone screen asked some difficult but interesting questions. Then was invited for an onsite. Recruiter was very responsive. I was put up at an amazing inn in the Mission. The onsite was challenging -- the questions and the way they were phrased were a little confusing, to me at least, but in a way that probably mimics on the job specifications.
