Everyone I spoke with was very kind. However, the interview experience was incredibly poor. 7 interviews total, with a change in the job I was interviewing for near the end - I guess they thought I'd be a better fit for a different role? It's not entirely clear to me what happened. But 7 interviews, just to be told I didn't have the type of experience they were looking for. I feel like they should have been able to assess that in the first 3 interviews, but it felt like they were constantly changing their expectations and I got the impression that they didn't have a good sense of what they were looking for, which made it very difficult.
